“When I click the install button for a game, the Battle.net symbol spins in place, but nothing else happens.“

How to Fix it?

The Battle.net App may be prevented from writing data as a result of anything, or the target drive may not have enough space. To solve this problem:

• In order to automatically repair obsolete or damaged files, delete the Battle.net Tools folder.
• Make sure the disk has enough space.
• To fix permissions problems, try making a new administrator account.
• Investigate any security softwarethat may be preventing the installation.

In our case we managed to fix it by deleting the Battle.net Tools folder. But in these kinds of situations, the more options you have, the better. So we hope that some of the solutions have been useful to you.
