Pokemon Go Price Increase – October 2022. In October of this year, Apple will make a price increase on Pokemon Go purchases.
Pokemon Go Price Increase
Apple will update prices for in-game purchases in Chile, Egypt, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, South Korea, Sweden, Vietnam, and all countries that use the euro as currency. The change will be made on October 5, 2022, thus it will affect Spain and we believe that the rest of the countries of the euro zone:
- 1st Tier: €0.99 – €1.19
- 5th Tier: €4.99 – €5.99
- 10th Tier: €9.99 → €11.99
- 20th Tier: €19.99 → €23.99
- 40th Tier: €39.99 → €47.99
- 60th Tier: €99.99 →€119.99
Niantic, like the rest of the developers, has the option of lowering the Tier of in-game purchases to compensate for this price increase, but we believe that they will not lower the price in the Tier, we also believe that Google will give a news soon to balance the prices based on new Apple prices.
