WALKING DUELLIST, ARRIVING ON PC THIS NOVEMBER, WILL BE A TALE OF ROMANCE, PACKAGE DELIVERY AND A RIDICULOUSLY ROUND WORLD.
Sure, most nonfictional worlds, including our own, are round. There’s a thing more surprising about the Wandering Duellist: it’s a spherical, Mario Galaxy style play area. Even though they were not sure what the inhabitants of this game thought of, the world had more – with the world curve around twenty metres away, it seems quite imposing and disturbing.
You won’t win, but they’ll be delivering packages, making traffic better and kissing a crow. Your plot-toting protagonist may stand by the other side, after a chance meeting leads to romance. The title referring to the conflict that the title means in the other side of us; but we must wait until November to find out if there is actually a real duel involved in that scenario.
The games are done by the small player Alex Gerassimov. In his second chapter, he has released the first and final two episodes as an Itch.io demo. This game inspired me to talk about youth and his passions and moments, the he explained.
The November release will add the second chapter to the chapter and start on Itch.io and Steam, ending the story. This art style is so charming that we hope you can, even after the duel, experience that has been the cause of the change.
The wandering Duellist will arrive this November 2nd. For further details, see the trailer above or use the Steam app.
