The DualSense Edge controller is scheduled to launch in January 2023

The DualSense Edge is the latest wireless controller designed by PlayStation. It features buttons that can be remapped, triggers and sticks that can be tuned, replaceable caps for the stick, and back buttons, among other things. Every PS5 user will be able to construct their own one-of-a-kind gaming experience with the help of the newly developed ultra-customizable controller for the PlayStation 5. The DualSense Edge is scheduled to make its debut on the market on January 26th, 2023. The controller will be available for pre-order beginning on October 25th, 2022. Among the features of the DualSense Edge is its mappable back button. Two swappable sets of back buttons can be configured to any other button input. In addition to that, it comes with three different interchangeable stick caps, each one of which may assist users in maintaining their comfort while playing a game without compromising their ability to maintain a firm grip.

DualSense Edge also includes adjustable trigger lengths which allow the user to manually customize the travel distance of the user’s left and right triggers, resulting in a more satisfying experience overall. For fast-paced FPS, set a shorter travel distance to shoot faster on the field. For Competitive racing, set a longer travel distance for precise throttle control on the track.

With DualSense Edge, users may play for extended periods of time thanks to swappable replacement stick modules that are sold separately. Take advantage of the USB Type-C braided cable included which comes with a connector casing that holds the USB in place, making it far less likely that the USB will slide out of position at a crucial moment.
