What would a Spy x Family and Genshin Impact crossover look like?

As Spy x Family has been one of the most highly anticipated and trending topics in the anime community, many wonder if there will be any game crossovers coming soon. Over the years, anime and gaming crossovers have become quite popular. The most popular games have been Battle Stadium D.O.N., Hero Cantare, Crossing Void-Global, and Jump Force.

So, if there were to be a Spy x Family gaming crossover, what game would the anime collaborate with? One Reddit user, CWHardKnight, believes that there is only one answer: Genshin Impact. Specifically, an Anya Forger and Genshin Impact collaboration.

While nothing official has been announced, we can speculate. To determine what element and abilities she could have in the world of Genshin Impact, we need to delve into who Anya is and her personality.

Previously called Test Subject 007, Anya is a telepath who gained her abilities through experimentation by an unknown organization. After arriving at an orphanage, she was adopted by Loid Forger, or Twilight, a spy.

With her ability to read minds, Anya can be very impressionable, and she knows many things about the world that a young child shouldn’t know. As she was always isolated and alone, she enjoys spending time with Loid, hoping to see “spy things,” and when Loid decides to take a wife, she is immediately interested in Yor because she is an assassin.

Anya is brilliant, feisty, cute, vulnerable, and has a deep love for explosions. With all of this in mind, it would be fair to assume that Anya would have the Pyro element in Genshin Impact as it would suit her personality the most.

In Genshin Impact, there are ten playable Pyro characters whose weapons of choice range from Bow to Sword to Catalyst. With Anya’s small stature, a Claymore would not be the best option (unless she has a hidden strength that we don’t know about).

Thus, we could assume that Anya would have a Catalyst as her weapon of choice. This is usually a book or an orb. That way, she can stay directly out of harm’s way and participate in the fight. But then again, she’d probably enjoy using a polearm to whack people.

Regarding her attacks, we can already see what she would do. Anya would hurl fireballs or anything that would explode and do damage on impact, and she would do it with a smile.

As she loves peanuts, it would be great to see one of her abilities where she could hail roasting peanuts down on her enemies.

A recipe solely for her based on her love of peanuts would be a super cute addition to the game. The recipe could be anything to do with peanuts, such as Peanut Butter or Salted Peanuts. It would help boost her stats and increase her explosions’ “wow” factor.
