Tier SS – Best Characters

Tier SS are the most overpowered and the best characters of the game:

Leon – Element: Dark – Type: Dual Blades – also Perk: Buffs allies Attack (+ Dual Blades)
Velvet (Best ATK) – Element: Wind – Type: Martial Arts – also Perk: Buffs allies Attack (+ Martial Arts)
Stahn – Element: Fire – Type: Sword – also Perk: Buffs allies ATK
Kanonno (Greatsword) – Element: Water – Type: Longsword – also Perk: Buffs allies ATK, longsword +HP
Kohaku (Garden Party) – Element: Wind – Type: Martial Arts – also Perk: Allies +HP, Martial Arts type +10 OL
Leon (Armed with Friendship)– Element: Dark – Type: Dual Blades – also Perk: Buffs allies Attack (+ Dual Blades)

Velvet and Leon are also the best attackers of the game. Cress ATK is lower, but is probably the best balanced character
